Participate in a circle, use leadership skills on the Board, fellowship during lefse workshops or quilting, and travel with us to other sites to share with the larger community of women!

This committee oversees that the worship services are conducted in a faith-filled, faithful way according to the guidelines of the ELCA. Groups under the umbrella of Worship and Music are: Chancel Choir, children’s choirs, ushers, readers, liturgists, nursery, Decorating Committee, Banner Committee and Worship Preparation vounteers.

Youth Ministry
“It is the mission of St. John’s Youth Ministry to build young people as whole people in Jesus Christ.”

In order to fulfill this mission, a team of adults and youth are needed. This team, or committee, is committed to meeting monthly to pray for youth as well as to plan, promote and implement events for youth and their families. These events range from several hours to several weeks and include social, recreational, and spiritual components. The Youth Ministry Committee also oversees 2-3 fund-raisers each year.
